Dairy and Beef Calves Birth to 300 lb. Weight.
For the prevention of coccidiosis in ruminating and non-ruminating calves and cattle caused by Elmeria bovis and E. Zumii. Feed for at least 28 days during periods of coccidiosis exposure or when experience indicates that coccidiosis is likely to be a hazard. Coccidiostats are not indicated for use in adult animals due to continuous previous exposure.
Feeding Directions:
Allow Calf to have colostrum from dam for first three (3) days. Feed Special Calf Starter and Grower at a rate of 1.5 lb./100 lb. of body weight per head/day, along with a good quality milk replacer and fresh water.
Warning:
Do not feed to cows producing milk for human consumption.
Limitations for use:
Feed Type C Med. milk replacer at a rate to provide 22.7 mg per 100 lb. of body weight (0.5 mg/kg) per day.
